Program Completion

Refunds are available within 30 days for programs where less than 25% of content has been accessed.

Technical Issues

Full refunds provided when technical problems prevent program access for more than 7 consecutive days.

Medical Circumstances

Special consideration given for documented medical situations that prevent program completion.

Misrepresentation

If program content significantly differs from description, refunds processed within 45 days of enrollment.

We'll acknowledge your request within 48 hours and begin reviewing your eligibility based on our policy criteria and your specific situation.

Our team conducts a thorough review, which may include checking your program progress, technical support history, and enrollment circumstances. This takes 3-5 business days.

Decision & Processing

You'll receive our decision via email. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days, returning funds to your original payment method.

The entire process typically takes 10-14 business days from submission to fund return. We'll keep you updated throughout and explain any delays if they occur.

Payment Methods & Processing Times

Refund processing times vary depending on your original payment method. Here's what to expect based on how you initially paid for your program.

  • Credit Cards: 3-5 business days after approval. Appears as credit on your statement, sometimes takes an additional billing cycle.
  • Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after approval. Funds return directly to your bank account linked to the card.
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after approval. Fastest option, credited directly to your PayPal balance.
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days after approval. Requires verification of bank details before processing.

Processing Delays

Banking holidays, weekends, and international transfers can extend these timeframes. We'll notify you of any expected delays and provide tracking information when available. For urgent situations, contact us directly for status updates.

If you don't see your refund within the expected timeframe, check with your financial institution first. Sometimes banks hold international transactions for additional review.
